How long will it take to process my order, bitch?
All orders are processed in 1-2 working days from the date the order is placed. However this may increase to 2-3 working days during busy periods such as Christmas and Valentines.
How is my order packaged?
Cards include a 100% recycled brown envelope and are packaged in strong cellophane bags for protection. Other items are also packaged in cellophane and/or bubble wrap. Orders are then shipped in hard back envelopes, larger orders may be shipped in bigger packages or cardboard boxes.
When will my order arrive?
Orders made in the UK are sent out by 1st Class post and should arrive on your doorstep in 1-2 working days from dispatch.
For those of you lovely lot that are in Europe, orders may take up to 5 working days following dispatch.
For everybody else please allow up to 14 working days to receive your order, and even more during busy periods like Christmas!
Why do I have to pay more for Tracking?
Unfortunately in the UK our normal postal service for both inland and international post doesn’t automatically include tracking. Please upgrade to Signed for or International Tracked at checkout to get a tracking number.
Oops! I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout.
No worries! Just contact us as soon as possible by filling in the form here or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and quoting your order number. If your order has already been shipped we are afraid there will be little that can be done, but we may be able to send out a replacement!
Can you send my card directly to the recipient like my own personal postal service?
Hell yeah we can. Enter your recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout and leave a note with any custom text you would like handwritten in the card.
Where’s my order at?
Sometimes, mail gets lost. If you have not received your order within 14 days of the given dispatch date please let us know by filling in the form here or sending us a message at email@example.com
That’s not what I ordered, mofo!
We all make mistakes sometimes especially during busy periods. Whilst we are awesome and mistakes are rare, please let us know straightaway if you have received the wrong order and we will send out the correct item/s. Fill in the form here or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and an image of the mistaken item, if possible.
How do I return an order?
We aim to please! However if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase. Please get in touch by using the form here or emailing email@example.com including your order number in your message.
Please note you will be required to pay return shipping and your refund will be processed upon receipt of goods.
